Our Community

Our RV area accommodates varying sizes of RV and Park Model homes and is lightly treed. We accept only long-term stay residents, meaning minimum 30 days stay with a month-to-month rental agreement. RV space rent includes water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and WiFi. Ask our manager about spaces available!

We also offer mobile home spaces for you to place your single wide, tiny home, or park model home. Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage utilities. We are usually near capacity but please inquire with our manager. We are the only mobile home park within city limits!
