At Sea Breeze Park we rent mobile homes, mobile home spaces, and long-term RV/Park Model spaces. All prospective residents need to pass our application criteria and a background check. Sea Breeze does NOT accept reusable screening products.

We are located only 1.5 miles from Port Townsend city center and all its quaint shops and eateries. Sims Way is only two blocks from the park, with quick access to bus lines, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, retail and restaurants. Jefferson Healthcare, an award winning hospital, is also only a couple blocks away.
